Those are very expensive components, I do not so any line conditioners, not just surge protecters. If you want really good sound and protection of your equipment you might make that change.

The room layout …
The room layout pretty much dictated where the TV is to be placed. Also the windows where the TV is to be mounted has a direct view to the kitchen window of my next door neighbor’s house less than 15 feet away. Not very private. So the window shades are never opened anyway.
